Stratford is easily accessible from the M40, M42, M5, M6 and M25 motorways.

It also benefits from excellent air and rail communications including Birmingham International and Heathrow Airports, as well as mainline connections from Coventry, Warwick Parkway and Leamington Spa to London stations.

Sunnydale is situated on the Shipston Road just south of the river Avon which runs through the town centre. From the M40 Motorway-Jnc 15 take A46 south sign-posted Stratford. After 2 miles, turn left at traffic island onto A439 - Town Centre. On reaching the town you will enter the one-way system by turning left. Keep to the left-hand side passing Leisure Centre and Moat House, then turn left at T junction over the river bridge. Straight on for 100 yards to traffic island (Shell Garage).

At the island, turn right on to Shipston Road - A3400. Sunnydale is on the left hand side 100 yards after Old Tramway Inn.
